In Romania, Teleperformance established its operations in 2004 and has grown to become the leader on the local market. Teleperformance Romania currently operates in Bucharest with a capacity of 350 workstations and 500+ employees.

Serving mainly the domestic market, the company provides customer care, technical support, sales and debt collection to the main players of the Romanian market, including banks, retail, media, publishing, automotive, food, IT & C, insurance, pharmaceutical companies and telecommunication operators.

The subsidiary offers Near Shore support in Russian, Italian, Spanish, English, French, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, and German. Recognized for the third year in a row (at Romanian Contact Center Awards organized by Contact Center Magazine) as Best Large Call Center of the Year, Teleperformance Romania’s success is mainly based on high standards of professionalism and service quality level offered to its customers, positive work environment for employees, recruiting and training process, the technology used and the company’s strategy.
